01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bpexch live ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the bpexch live website at bpexchlive.pro and the bpexch live mobile application for Android and iOS, including sports betting, casino games, slot games, live casino, deposit and withdrawal transactions, bonus participation, and the VIP programme.

By accessing any part of the bpexch live platform — whether by browsing the website, installing the app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you agree to these Terms without reservation. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform, which are incorporated by reference.

If you are accessing bpexch live on behalf of someone else or a third party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and that you accept these Terms on their behalf. In practice, however, bpexch live accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable — each account must belong to and be operated by a single individual.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a bpexch live account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bpexch live is strictly an adult platform and does not permit any use by individuals under the age of 18.
• You must be registering voluntarily for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or under a restriction that would prohibit your use of the service.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active bpexch live account. Only one registered account per person is permitted at any time.

bpexch live reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time. You may be required to submit supporting documentation to confirm your identity, age, or payment method ownership. Until verification is complete, bpexch live may place temporary restrictions on withdrawals or certain account features.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your bpexch live account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all bonus claims initiated, and all personal information stored within your account profile.

Your login credentials — username, password, and any biometric authentication set up on the mobile app — must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bpexch live support immediately via live chat.

• Do not share your password with anyone — bpexch live support will never ask for it.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites or apps.
• Enable biometric login on the bpexch live mobile app where available for added security.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number current and accessible.

bpexch live accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bpexch live are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change — the Deposit page always reflects the currently active options.

Deposits are credited to your bp exch live account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. bpexch live aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times beyond that point depend on the payment provider. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• bpexch live does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• bpexch live reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large withdrawal requests.

05 Betting Rules

Bets placed on bpexch live are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the platform and are updated periodically. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable betting rules for that market.

Key general betting rules that apply across all markets on bpexch live include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised by the Player before settlement.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals, and other domestic and international formats — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which may include voiding certain bets or settling on reduced-over results.
• Football, esports, and other sportsbook markets follow industry-standard settlement rules as published on the platform.
• bpexch live reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or that resulted from a technical fault.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary based on your account tier and market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

In-play betting markets on bpexch live — including ball-by-ball cricket markets during PSL and international fixtures — are subject to temporary suspension during key moments in the match. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured at the accepted odds. Bets placed after a suspension opens are subject to the new odds displayed when markets reopen.

06 Casino & Slot Games

The bpexch live casino includes live dealer games — Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and Blackjack — streamed in real time from professional studio environments, as well as a library of slot titles including classic three-reel games and progressive jackpot slots.

All casino and slot games on bpexch live are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology for non-live titles, and professional, trained dealers for live casino tables. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published within the game information section of each individual game.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems for slots and table games. Live dealer tables are conducted in real time by human dealers under studio conditions.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session — including disconnections, server errors, or display faults — may result in a game round being voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. Very large wins may require additional identity verification.
• Casino games played with active bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 7.

bpexch live reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily suspend any casino or slot title from the platform at any time without prior notice. This does not affect any game rounds that are actively in progress at the time of suspension.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

bpexch live offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general bonus terms below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if requirements are not met within the stated period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are available for personal use only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in all accounts and balances being suspended.
• bpexch live reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in progress.
• Deposit bonuses are calculated based on the qualifying deposit amount as specified in the promotion. Free bets and free spins are credited following the triggering action as described in each offer.

08 VIP Programme

The bpexch live VIP programme rewards regular players with enhanced benefits as they progress through tier levels. VIP status is earned through qualifying activity on the platform and is assessed on an ongoing basis.

• VIP tier progression is based on qualifying betting and gaming activity over rolling assessment periods. The specific activity thresholds for each tier are available on the VIP page.
• VIP benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal limit increases, and dedicated account management — apply to the tier level currently held by the Player and are subject to the applicable VIP terms.
• VIP status is non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts.
• bpexch live reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit structures, or individual VIP status with reasonable notice. Earned cashback or credits already issued will not be retrospectively removed.
• Accounts found to be in breach of these Terms — including any bonus abuse or prohibited conduct — forfeit their VIP status immediately.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexch live. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of all balances held:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in sports markets.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multi-accounting, irregular play patterns, or wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine risk.
• Attempting to launder money or use the bpexch live platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.

bpexch live monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a breach.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bpexch live may suspend or permanently close a Player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Players will be notified before any dormant account action is taken.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting bpexch live support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or suspected policy breaches.

Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited and will not be returned.

11 Privacy & Data

bpexch live collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

The personal information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and communication about your account and relevant promotions. bpexch live does not sell personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to correct inaccurate information, or to request deletion of your data where applicable. These requests can be submitted via the support team.

12 Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted, bpexch live shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or failure to place a bet resulting from a technical fault, internet outage, or platform downtime.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from a Player's decision to gamble beyond their personal means.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits bpexch live's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

bpexch live reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, bpexch live will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the bpexch live platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any bets or transactions placed before the updated Terms take effect will be governed by the Terms in force at the time of placement.
